HOW DO I CARE FOR MY PET PRODUCTS?

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We offer a 30-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your product. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and include all tags and packaging.
HOW DO I INITIATE A RETURN?

DO YOU OFFER EXCHANGES?
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. For a replacement, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired product once the return has been processed.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGED?
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at support@barkhunt.com. Our team will assess the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund promptly.
ARE THERE ANY ITEMS THAT CANNOT BE RETURNED?

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS A REFUND?
